Valerian root, melissa leaf and hawthorn leaf and flower extracts help to reduce anxiety, overcome stress and relax. The active ingredients of the herbal extracts support healthy sleep. Hawthorn leaf and flower extract improves heart function and stimulates blood circulation.

Ingredients: hawthorn leaf and flower extract, melissa leaf extract, valerian root extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), inositol, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), cellulose microcrystalline (bulking agent), silica (anti-caking agent).

Usage for adults: take 1-2 capsules daily with a small amount of water. Do not use before driving because the product can cause drowsiness.
